Job Summary

Core Ocean Solutions LLP is looking for a motivated and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and the development team to gather business requirements, prepare documentation, and ensure successful project delivery. Freshers with excellent communication and analytical skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), User Stories, and Use Cases.
- Coordinate with clients, developers, QA, and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Analyze business processes and recommend improvements.
- Prepare flowcharts, process diagrams, and functional specifications.
- Conduct requirement gathering meetings and maintain meeting minutes.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist in issue resolution.
- Track project progress and ensure requirements are implemented correctly.
- Prepare project presentations, reports, and documentation.
- Assist in preparing project proposals and solution documents.





Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Understanding of SDLC and Software Development concepts.
- Knowledge of SQL, APIs, or software testing will be an added advantage.
- Ability to interact confidently with clients and internal teams.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude.

Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech (Any Stream)
- BCA / MCA
- B.Sc. (Computer Science / IT)
- MBA (Business Analytics / IT / Operations)
- Any equivalent degree with relevant skills.

Experience
- 0–2 Years
- Freshers are welcome to apply.

Preferred Candidate
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Solid documentation abilities.
- Basic understanding of business analysis tools such as Visio, Jira, Confluence, or Figma is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and work on Government and E-Governance projects.

Salary: As per company standards and candidate experience.
