We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a robust background in the banking domain to work closely with stakeholders, gather and document business requirements, and drive technical solutions for business process improvements.

Responsibility:

- Elicit business requirements from stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and surveys.
- Analyze and document business requirements using use cases, user stories, and business process modeling.
- Create and maintain business requirement documents (BRD) and functional requirement documents (FRD).
- Collaborate with IT stakeholders to ensure business requirements are properly understood and implemented.
- Build and maintain relationships with business leaders, product managers, and IT teams.
- Identify and assess opportunities for process improvement and propose viable solutions.
- Develop and deliver presentations to stakeholders to communicate requirements and solutions effectively.




- Ensure all business requirements are properly tested and validated before implementation.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of banking operations, products, and services.
- Experience with business process improvement and optimization.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficient in requirement gathering, documentation techniques, and process mapping.
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, SQL, UML, and Wireframing tools.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP) is preferred.
