Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts and Content Specialists creating business-focused AI training content

Allocate tasks, manage workflows, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery across projects

Conduct QA reviews on team outputs, refine processes, and drive continuous improvement

Provide constructive performance feedback, coaching, and career development support

Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, delivering regular project updates

Guide the creation of case studies, business scenarios, and structured analytical content across domains including finance, policy, e-commerce,



and operations Who You Are Experienced people leader with 2+ years managing analysts or specialist teams

3–6 years of hands-on experience in business analysis, management consulting, or domain-focused content work

Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to evaluate logical soundness and accuracy

Confident communicator who can deliver clear feedback and collaborate across a distributed team

Creative thinker who can translate complex business concepts into structured, accessible content

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience

No prior AI experience required Nice to Have Master's degree or MBA in a relevant field

Experience with data annotation, data quality, or content evaluation workflows

Background in case study writing, academic research, or structured business content creation
