Are you passionate about bridging business needs with data and cloud solutions? We're looking for a Business Systems Analyst with 3–6 years of experience to join our team.

? Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore

? Work Mode: In office (5 days/week initially, followed by standard WFO schedule)

? Work Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST

? Experience: 3–6 Years

Key Responsibilities

Partner with business and technical teams to gather, analyze, and define business requirements.

Support the establishment and evolution of Azure Data Lake (ADLS) solutions.

Work closely with engineering teams to define data inputs, outputs, and KPI monitoring requirements.

Support data modeling across raw and consumption layers.

Define and maintain data quality standards, metadata,



and compliance/control tracking requirements.

Prepare high-quality documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specification Documents (FSDs).

Required Skills

✅ 3–6 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.

✅ Strong understanding of data platforms and cloud technologies, preferably Microsoft Azure.

✅ Experience with Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS).

✅ Knowledge of data modeling concepts and data lifecycle management.

✅ Familiarity with data governance, metadata, and data quality frameworks.

✅ Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
