Own the full 3-hour 15-minute session from welcome to closing — Theatre segments on Why Buildings Fail, Journey of Water, Failure Pathology (8 types), and the FoxScan Method; the Lab rotation across 5 instrument stations; and the Simulation Mode case diagnosis on the visitor web app. Hold the room for 35 seats.
- Field Diagnostics (Tue / Fri / Sun). Conduct revenue-generating FoxScan inspections across Pune. Carry instruments, capture thermal and moisture data, write reports. Each inspection feeds your classroom with a fresh case file and contributes to company revenue.
- Problem Identification & Query Handling. Visitors arrive with leaky bathrooms, cracking terraces, and chronic seepage. Read their problem from photos and site history; tell them which failure type they are looking at; route reliable cases to a full FoxScan inspection.
- Content Refresh. Every quarter,



refresh at least one slide deck with fresh case photographs from your field work. Keep the specimens shelf and the simulation case bank current.
- Centre Operations. Run the Session Quality Checklist before every session (AV, specimens, instruments, lighting, demo table, certificates). Mentor the Office Boy / Facility Assistant on session-day readiness.
- Conversion Support. After each session, walk interested candidates to the cabin for a 1-on-1 CSD L1 enrolment discussion. Help the Business Head convert orientation attendees into paying certification candidates.
- Reporting. Submit a weekly session log (sessions delivered, attendance, top simulation scorers, queries raised, conversion leads) and a monthly field-inspection report.
