Key Responsibilities & Main Core Requirements

Candidates must have hands-on experience in field operations, structural layout, measurement records, and contractor coordination:

Surveying & Levelling: Proficiency in operating AutoLevel and Total Station for precise site levelling, RL transfer, and alignment checks.

Layout & Marking: Complete responsibility for layout marking, column/grid setting, and foundation/slab positioning on site.

Government Billing & Measurements: Recording, preparing, and maintaining Measurement Books (MB) as per PWD and CPWD norms and standard specifications.

Labor & Subcontractor Management: Sourcing, arranging, and managing specialized labor teams (Steel fixers, Centering/Shuttering crews, Masonry/Plaster workers, and Paint/Putty contractors) while maintaining cost-effective rate negotiations for the company.





Site Execution & Quality: Overseeing day-to-day building operations, shuttering checks, reinforcement alignment, concrete pours, and structural works.

Maintenance & Repairs: Troubleshooting and managing MEP installations (plumbing, electrical, and drainage) along with routine structural upkeep and preventive maintenance schedules.

Qualifications & Skills

Education: Diploma or B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

Experience: 2–5+ years of practical field experience on residential, commercial, or industrial building sites.

Technical Skills

Hands-on command over AutoLevel and Total Station.

In-depth understanding of PWD/CPWD measurement rules and billing standards.

Ability to read and execute structural drawings, architectural plans, and MEP layouts.

Vendor & Labor Network: Strong local network or capability to mobilize skilled labor and trade contractors (centering, steel, masonry, finishing) at competitive rates.

Core Competencies: Problem-solving mindset, strict adherence to site safety, and effective communication with multidisciplinary site teams.
