Role Overview:
NPD (New Product Development)
- Support current product development activities
- Coordinate with design, production, and quality teams
- Participate in product trials and validations
Costing
- Assist in product cost estimation and analysis
- Prepare BOMs and cost sheets
- Support value engineering initiatives
Maintenance
- Support preventive and breakdown maintenance activities
- Monitor machine performance and equipment uptime
- Participate in TPM and continuous improvement projects
