Own and lead Brand Solutions for a portfolio of 4 brands, ensuring strategic excellence across every campaign.

Manage, mentor, and inspire a team while fostering collaboration and creative thinking.

Develop integrated campaign strategies spanning social media, influencer marketing, content, media, digital, and experiential.

Decode client briefs into compelling ideas that balance creativity with business objectives.

Partner with Creative, Strategy, Media, Influencer Marketing, Client Servicing, and Production teams to build impactful campaigns and pitch-winning solutions.

Create engaging pitch decks, communication frameworks, and strategic presentations that sell ideas with confidence.

Lead brainstorming sessions and champion innovative, social-first concepts that resonate with today's audiences.





Stay ahead of digital trends, platform updates, consumer behavior, and cultural conversations to keep brands relevant.

Ensure campaigns are delivered within scope, timelines, and budgets while maintaining exceptional quality. What We're Looking For

4-5 years of experience in Brand Solutions, Integrated Marketing, Strategy, or Account Planning within a digital, creative, or advertising agency.

Strong leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop a high-performing team.

Deep understanding of social media marketing and how to build integrated campaigns across digital ecosystems.

Proven experience creating pitch-winning strategies and client presentations.

Robust grasp of influencer marketing, content strategy, media planning, and digital marketing.
