- Interpret and analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights for business decisions.
- Conduct audits of data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with standards.
- Update and maintain IB (Information Banking) data using relevant tools and databases.
- Develop and maintain advanced Excel models, including formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
- Collaborate with operations and management teams to resolve data discrepancies.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations for internal and client use.
- Recommend process improvements based on data analysis findings.
Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in B2C or B2B operations with robust data handling expertise
