Role Description The Brand Solutions Manager – Influencer Marketing is a full-time, on-site role based in South Delhi. This role is responsible for designing and executing influencer marketing strategies across social platforms to strengthen brand presence and achieve client objectives. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and onboarding relevant influencers, negotiating partnerships, and managing campaigns from brief to execution and reporting.

The Brand Solutions

Manager will collaborate with internal creative, strategy, and account teams to develop integrated brand solutions, create compelling influencer content plans, and ensure timely delivery of campaigns. The role also involves tracking performance metrics, optimizing campaigns based on insights, preparing client reports,



and maintaining strong relationships with clients and influencer partners.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in influencer marketing strategy, campaign planning, and execution, with a focus on brand-building and audience engagement.

Experience in integrated marketing communications, including digital marketing, social media marketing, and brand solutions for diverse consumer segments.

Proficiency in relationship management, including influencer identification, negotiation, onboarding, and long-term partnership development.

Skills in data analysis and reporting, including tracking campaign performance, interpreting metrics, and presenting insights to clients and internal stakeholders.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop clear briefs, presentations, and client-facing documentation.

Strong project management abilities, including multitasking, deadline management, and coordination with cross-functional teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications in digital or influencer marketing are an advantage.

Prior experience in an agency environment or in managing influencer/creator campaigns is highly beneficial.

Comfort working on-site in South Delhi and collaborating in a fast-paced, creativity-driven environment.
