Employment Type: Full-Time

This is a full-time position and requires the successful completion of a 3-month training period. During this period, your performance, learning ability, professionalism, and overall suitability for the role will be evaluated. Upon successful completion of the training period, you will be confirmed as a Full-Time Employee with the company.

Compensation Structure:

- Training Period (First 3 Months): ₹8,000 per month (Stipend)
- Upon Successful Confirmation: ₹18,000 per month (Gross Salary)

The confirmed salary of ₹18,000 per month is fixed and non-negotiable. Confirmation of employment is subject to satisfactory performance during the training period and adherence to the company's policies and standards.

English Communication:

Strong verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory. Since the role involves regular interaction with clients and internal teams, candidates must be able to communicate confidently and professionally in English.

Role Description This is a full-time,



in office Brand Partnerships & Client Servicing Intern role based in Pune City. The intern will support the management of brand partnerships, assist in onboarding and coordinating with creators, and help maintain strong relationships with clients. Day-to-day tasks include tracking campaign deliverables, preparing basic reports, responding to client and creator queries, and ensuring smooth communication between all stakeholders.

The role also involves supporting client servicing activities to enhance satisfaction, assisting with basic financial tracking related to campaigns, and contributing ideas to improve partnership outcomes.

Qualifications

- Client Services and Customer Service skills to manage relationships and address queries proactively.
- Strong Communication abilities to coordinate effectively with brands, creators, and internal teams.
- Customer Satisfaction focus to help ensure positive experiences and long-term partnerships.
- Basic Finance understanding to assist with campaign budgets, invoices, and performance reports.
- Good organizational and time management skills for handling multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, email, and messaging platforms).
- Ability to work in office in Pune City and collaborate within a fast-paced, creative environment.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
