Job Role: Brand Marketing Strategist

Experience: 2 – 5 Years About the Role: We are looking for a creative and strategic Brand Marketing Strategist to develop and execute marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand presence, drive engagement, and support business growth. The ideal candidate combines strong marketing strategy skills with hands-on design capability to bring campaigns to life.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement brand marketing strategies aligned with business goals

Stay updated on current and emerging marketing trends, tools, and strategies, and apply them to campaigns

Plan, create, and manage engaging content for social media, digital, and offline channels

Design marketing collaterals such as posters, banners, and social media posts using tools like Canva and Photoshop

Build and maintain consistent brand identity and messaging across all platforms





Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, design, content) to execute campaigns

Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement

Manage brand positioning, competitor analysis, and market research

Coordinate with vendors/agencies for creative production when required

Required Skills & Qualifications: 2–5 years of experience in brand marketing/strategy roles

Strong knowledge of current and emerging marketing strategies and trends

Proficiency in graphic design tools - Canva and Adobe Photoshop (posters, banners, social media creatives)

Strong creative thinking with an eye for design and detail

Familiarity with performance marketing/analytics tools
