We are looking for a Brand Manager to drive end-to-end brand building and marketing operations for SAAOL's Delhi NCR centers; covering campaigns, events, reputation management, vendor coordination, partnerships, and online visibility while ensuring consistency with SAAOL's core positioning as a trusted, science-backed cardiac care brand.

Location: On-site - Sultanpur, New Delhi The job responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline) for Delhi NCR centers
- Track campaign performance and report ROI/effectiveness to leadership
- Own the branding look-and-feel of all Delhi NCR centers including signage, in-center collateral, patient-facing communication
- Manage print and other marketing vendors - negotiation, quality, timely delivery
- Monitor and respond to online mentions/reviews to protect brand reputation
- Identify and manage influencer collaborations relevant to healthcare/wellness
- Build and manage B2B partnerships for leads and visibility




- Manage online enlisting of SAAOL and Medbird products across platforms
- Coordinate with design/content teams to keep collateral and social content on-brand
- Track competitor activity in the cardiac/wellness space in NCR
- Coordinate collection of patient testimonials for campaigns and reviews
- Track marketing spend for NCR centers
- Handle negative reviews/feedback sensitively, given the healthcare context

We are looking for someone who have-

- 3-4 years of brand/marketing experience, mandatorily in healthcare service industry
- Experience managing online and offline campaigns and events
- Hands-on experience with Google review/reputation management
- Experience in vendor management (print/production)
- Experience building influencer or B2B partnerships
- Familiarity with online business listings/directories
- Solid stakeholder management and communication skills
- Exposure to CRM or patient database tools for campaign tracking is preferred
