We're looking for a Brand & Marketing Manager who will help shape and grow the Lovedwell brand across every customer touchpoint.

You're a storyteller at heart and a marketer by instinct. You understand that great brands aren't built through content alone - they're built through consistency, creativity, and a deep understanding of the customer.

You enjoy turning ideas into campaigns, products into stories, and moments into conversations. Whether it's planning a launch, writing copy, managing social media, or brainstorming the next big campaign, you're excited to build a brand from the ground up.

You have a strong visual sensibility, excellent communication skills, and can balance strategy with execution. You're proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment where no two days look the same.

What You'll Do

- Own and execute Lovedwell's brand and marketing calendar across all channels.
- Plan and execute campaigns for recent product launches, seasonal collections, festive campaigns, sales, and brand initiatives.
- Manage Lovedwell's presence across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and oversee content across social media, email marketing, the website, and other customer touchpoints.




- Write compelling copy while maintaining a consistent brand voice across all channels.
- Coordinate photoshoots, creative assets, and content production with designers, photographers, and external partners.
- Manage website merchandising and support marketing initiatives on Shopify.
- Build and nurture Lovedwell's online community through meaningful engagement, influencer collaborations, and brand partnerships.
- Collaborate with external performance marketing partners to ensure campaigns align with overall brand objectives.
- Track campaign performance and share insights to improve future marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with the founders on marketing strategy, product storytelling, and brand positioning.
- Stay updated on trends in design, interiors, home decor, lifestyle, and digital marketing to keep the brand fresh and relevant.

- Have worked with a home decor, lifestyle, fashion, D2C, or consumer brand.
- Love interiors, design, and beautiful everyday objects.
