About the Company A global media company is building its India operations and has partnered with Flexiple to hire a Brand Manager to steward how it shows up here. You will shape the identity and story of a name audiences already recognise, across a portfolio of properties. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As a Brand Manager, you will own brand strategy, positioning, and consistency across every touchpoint. You will guard the brand, grow its equity, and make sure every campaign reinforces a single, clear story.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Positioning

- Own brand strategy, messaging, and positioning across properties
- Maintain brand guidelines and consistency across all channels
- Lead brand campaigns from concept through to launch

Insight & Growth

- Use research and audience insight to sharpen positioning




- Track brand health, awareness, and perception over time
- Partner with content, design, and product on a unified story

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 3 to 7 years in brand management or brand marketing
- A portfolio of brand campaigns you have shaped and shipped
- Robust storytelling, taste, and an eye for consistency
- Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with a media, consumer, or entertainment brand
- Exposure to brand research and brand-tracking studies
- An MBA or postgraduate qualification in marketing
