Role Summary

This role is part of the Impact Solutions team (Regional), within the Entertainment Ad Sales division, responsible for high-impact properties across the Regional Portfolio. The incumbent will be responsible for ideating and building creative, content-led brand integration opportunities rooted in consumer insights, show narratives, cultural moments, and advertiser objectives. The role requires close collaboration with frontline sales, programming, marketing, and production teams.

The individual must bring a creative mindset, a deep understanding of brand storytelling, and a strong understanding of Broadcast & Digital media to deliver differentiated entertainment-led solutions.

Language: - The candidate needs to be fluent in the respective local language viz - Tamil, Telegu, Malayalam & Kannada.

Key Responsibilities - Execution

- Work closely with stakeholders - Internal (Sales, Content , Programming Marketing, Legal & SnP etc ) & External ( agency & production teams) to ensure seamless delivery of all brand commitments on Impacts.
- Coordinate timely delivery & execution of sponsor entitlements across all Impacts for TV & JHS. This includes on set presence for all integrations.
- Collaborate with content & promo teams to create AVs, promos, post evals, digital assets, and co-branded content.
- Timelines Ensure timely delivery of all deliverables.
- MIS Reporting - Maintaining all MIS & Reports and ensure timely sharing with respective stakeholders.





Skills & Attributes

- Ability to communicate well & fluent in the local language.

- Agile in problem solving.
- Ability to multitask, manage timelines, and deliver under pressure
- Knowledge & use of all MS software Word, Excel, Powerpoint is mandatory. Knowledge & use of presentation tools like Canva Pro, AI tools like Chat gpt, Google Gemini etc. is preferred.
