This is brand management where it actually happens now — in reviews, comments, ratings and search results, not in style guides. You'll look after how client brands come across in the places prospects actually check: their Google reviews, their social presence, what comes up when someone searches their name.
It's a role for someone at the start of their marketing career who wants to own something real. You won't be making mood boards or scheduling generic posts into a content calendar. You'll be reading what customers are saying about client brands every day, responding in the brand's voice, growing the volume of positive reviews, and making sure the story a prospect finds online is the one the brand wants told.
Reviews and reputation:
- Monitor reviews, ratings and mentions daily across Google, Trustpilot and industry platforms for a portfolio of client accounts
- Draft review responses in each brand's voice — thanking the happy customers, and handling the unhappy ones with care
- Run review generation campaigns that grow the volume and quality of reviews clients receive
- Flag negative coverage and sentiment shifts early, and help shape the response
Social and content:
- Manage day-to-day social presence for client brands — posting, community replies, comment moderation
- Draft brand content: profiles, listings,
FAQs and posts that shape how a brand comes across
- Keep business listings and directory profiles accurate and consistent everywhere the brand appears
Across both:
- Pull together monthly client reporting on reviews, sentiment, engagement and share of voice
- Sit in on client calls and learn how brand and reputation decisions get made
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 0–2 years in marketing, social media, PR or customer-facing work — an internship, a first agency role, freelance work or your own projects all count
- Confident written English, and a genuine eye for tone — you'll be writing things clients put their name to, often in reply to unhappy customers
- Calm under criticism: you can read a one-star review without taking it personally, and respond in a way that makes the brand look better, not worse
- Careful and consistent, because this work is detail before it's strategy
- Curious about brands and why people trust some and not others
- Able to work in office in Delhi, full-time — immediate joiners preferred
NICE TO HAVE
- Hands-on time with review platforms, Google Business Profile or social media management tools
- Exposure to customer support or community management
- Basic familiarity with SEO — why reviews and listings affect search results
