Role Description The Branch Operations Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Guwahati, responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient daily branch operations. This position manages policy servicing processes, documentation, and compliance with regulatory and company guidelines, while coordinating closely with sales teams and customer service to support business growth. The role includes handling customer queries and requests at the branch, overseeing transaction processing, and maintaining accurate records and reports.





The Branch Operations

Executive monitors operational performance, identifies process improvements, and supports audits and risk controls to maintain high service quality. The role requires proactive collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer experience at the branch level.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Operations and Operations Management skills to handle daily branch processes, documentation, and compliance.

- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to review data, track branch performance, and identify operational issues or improvements.

- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills to interact with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders in a professional manner.

- Relevant experience in insurance, banking, or financial services operations will be beneficial.

- A graduate degree in any discipline; a specialization in finance, business, or commerce is an advantage.

- Ability to work with MS Office and branch management systems, with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
