Role Description The Branch Partner role is an on-site position located in Tamil Nadu, India.

The Branch

Partner will oversee daily branch operations, including managing shipments, coordinating with local transport providers, and ensuring accurate documentation and timely dispatch and delivery. This role involves supervising branch staff, monitoring performance metrics, resolving operational issues, and maintaining compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Qualifications

Solid operational management abilities, including experience overseeing daily logistics or branch activities and coordinating multiple stakeholders.

Customer service and communication skills, with the capacity to handle inquiries, manage escalations professionally, and build positive relationships.

Basic proficiency in logistics processes such as shipment tracking, documentation, scheduling, and inventory handling.

Analytical and problem-solving skills to monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement practical solutions.

Leadership capabilities to guide and motivate branch teams, delegate tasks effectively, and maintain a collaborative work environment.

Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced setting, with flexibility to adapt to operational demands and local market conditions.

Familiarity with Tamil Nadu geography and local transportation practices is an advantage.

Relevant education in business, logistics, supply chain, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in logistics or branch management.
