Primary Responsibilities:

- Branch Revenue and Profitability:

Incumbent need to ensure he achieves the branch Profits and increase penetration by achieving revenue targets.
- Branch Compliance:

Ensure branch compliance and branch statutory requirements with company and industry policies and procedures.
- Branch Engagement and Marketing activities:

Increase the penetration and Customer footfall at branch level by doing various local marketing activities. Develop and oversee sales and marketing strategies.
- Branch Service Levels:

Customer service at branch level must be ensured. Maintain fruitful relationships with current customers and establish good relationships with new ones.
- Liasioning with local network of hospitals, garages, and insurance companies:

Having good connect with various local stakeholders and network, for smoothing of daily routine operational job.




- Branch Manning / recruitment:

Hire, train and monitor the performance of branch members.

Professional Qualification Skills & Knowledge Competencies

Functional Skills:

- Should have strong background of Health and Life Insurance.
- Minimum sales experience of 5 years.

Qualified Qualification: Graduate.

Skills & Knowledge:

- Preferably should have broker license.
- Preferably Team handling experience.
- Knowledge for brand promotion and marketing activities.
