Role Description The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day branch operations, ensuring smooth delivery of financial services, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

Key duties include managing staff performance, guiding team members, monitoring branch targets, and implementing company policies and procedures. The role also involves overseeing cash and transaction controls, reviewing loan and financial product portfolios, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines.

The Branch

Manager will build and nurture local customer relationships, support business development initiatives,



and prepare periodic reports on branch performance. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Thrissur.

Qualifications

Strong leadership, team management, and people development skills to supervise and motivate branch staff.

Proficiency in branch operations, cash handling, and compliance with financial and regulatory standards.

Customer service and relationship management skills with the ability to address issues and retain clients.

Business development, sales, and negotiation abilities to achieve branch targets and grow the customer base.

Analytical and problem-solving skills for reviewing financial performance and making data-informed decisions.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional local language proficiency is an advantage.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field; relevant postgraduate qualifications are a plus.

Previous experience in banking, NBFCs, or financial services in a supervisory or branch management role is highly desirable.
