EXPERIENCE: 1-4Years Role Description The Branch Manager – Direct Channel (Life Insurance) is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru. This position is responsible for managing the branch’s life insurance direct sales operations, overseeing daily activities, and driving business growth.
The Branch
Manager will lead and mentor a sales team, set sales targets, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing sales strategies, building relationships with customers, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and maintaining accurate reports and documentation. The role also involves ensuring high customer satisfaction, optimizing branch processes, and representing Organo Mart’s values and service standards.
Qualifications
Strong sales and business development skills,
particularly in life insurance and direct channel operations.
Experience in team leadership, people management, and performance coaching.
Solid customer relationship management, communication, and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in branch operations, reporting, and basic financial analysis.
Knowledge of life insurance products, industry regulations, and compliance requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field; relevant certifications in insurance are an advantage.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing branch-level responsibilities.
Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
