ABOUT THE ROLE: As a Branch Head, you will be responsible for leading the branch to achieve business, operational, and customer experience goals. You will oversee the day-to-day operations, drive sales and revenue, manage teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and implement processes that support both business growth and customer satisfaction. You will act as the primary point of accountability for the branch’s performance.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Lead and manage branch operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning Drive branch sales, business development, and revenue targets Manage, mentor, and motivate branch staff to achieve performance goals Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and operational standards Monitor collections, customer service quality, and operational efficiency Analyze branch performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement Liaise with regional/zonal management to align branch goals with organizational objectives WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; MBA or relevant post-graduate qualification preferred 5–10 years of experience in branch banking, operations, or business leadership, preferably in NBFCs, banks, or fintech Robust leadership, team management, and people development skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities Understanding of credit, collections, sales, and operational workflows in a banking/financial services context Result-driven mindset with ability to take ownership and drive business outcomes Proficiency in MS Office, banking systems,
