We are looking for a responsible and customer-oriented Branch Executive to join a leading NBFC. The role involves managing daily branch operations, handling customers, and supporting sales activities to ensure smooth branch performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day branch operations
- Handle customer inquiries and provide support
- Assist in achieving sales targets
- Maintain records, reports, and documentation
- Coordinate with team members and management
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Commerce preferred)
- Good communication skills (Malayalam & basic English)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Robust organizational and multitasking skills
- Customer handling ability
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
