- Develop and Execute strategies to drive Recent Business Growth and Convert Existing clients.
- Sourcing of ideal Freight rates Coordination with Shipping Lines/Carriers

- Manage P&L; of the Country
- Coordinate with Regional International Business Head for reporting Business plan /P&L; & MIS reporting.
- Coordination with in-house Operations Team for day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Role
- Good relationship with Shipping Line/Carriers for Pricing/rates
- MUST have sound knowledge of existing market understanding and ready CUSTOMER database to excel
- Min 10-12 years of Sales Experience in Freight Forwarding / Shipping or NVOCC Industry is MUST.
