Experience Required:

- 4–5 years of experience in BPO Sales.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Team Lead.

Qualification:

- Graduate (Mandatory).

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of 10–15 Sales Executives.
- Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Coach, motivate, and mentor team members to improve productivity and performance.
- Manage team attendance, adherence, and shift discipline.
- Handle team attrition by driving employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, feedback sessions, and team huddles.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues and improve team efficiency.
- Prepare and share MIS reports related to team performance, attendance, and productivity.
