Role Description The Boxing Instructor is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolenchery. The instructor will Support boxing and related fitness sessions under the supervision of head coach for individuals and groups, ensuring protected, effective, and engaging workouts. Daily responsibilities include demonstrating proper techniques,



correcting form, and motivating members to achieve their fitness goals.

The role involves monitoring member progress, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining a professional, inclusive training environment. The instructor will also collaborate with other trainers and staff to support club events, member retention, and overall service quality.

Qualifications

Strong skills in professional boxing, with the ability to teach techniques safely and effectively.

Clear and confident Communication skills for guiding, engaging, and supporting diverse members.

Prior experience as a boxing or fitness coach is highly beneficial.
