Job Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Account Associate with hands-on experience in QuickBooks to support our US-based clients. The ideal candidate should have strong bookkeeping knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage day-to-day accounting tasks accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities ● Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online. ● Record daily financial transactions, journal entries, and general ledger activities. ● Perform bank and credit card reconciliations. ● Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). ● Process invoices, bills, and vendor payments. ● Assist with month-end closing and preparation of financial reports. ● Support payroll processing using platforms such as ADP or Gusto (preferred). ● Coordinate with clients to resolve accounting queries and collect required information. ● Maintain organized accounting records and supporting documentation.





Required Skills ● Strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online. ● Good understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles. ● Experience with bank reconciliations, AP, and AR. ● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. ● Good communication and organizational skills. ● Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred

Qualification ● Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. ● 1–3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience. ● Experience supporting US-based clients will be an added advantage.
