Role Description The BMS Operator will be responsible for monitoring and operating the Building Management Systems (BMS) to ensure optimal performance of all critical infrastructure within the data center. This full-time, on-site role is located in Dwarka and involves regular supervision of HVAC, electrical, fire detection and suppression, and other building services through the BMS interface. The BMS Operator will perform routine inspections, respond to alarms and faults, and coordinate with facility and engineering teams to resolve issues promptly and safely.

Daily activities include logging operational data, preparing reports, following standard operating procedures,



and supporting preventive and corrective maintenance activities. The role also involves adherence to safety, security, and compliance protocols while maintaining clear communication with supervisors and other technical staff.

Qualifications Strong knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS), including monitoring, operation, and basic troubleshooting.

Experience in Building Management and Management Systems related to critical infrastructure environments such as data centers, commercial complexes, or industrial facilities.

Hands-on experience in Building Maintenance and Facility Management (FM), with familiarity in HVAC, electrical, fire alarm, and access control systems.

Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and BMS dashboards, with attention to detail in logging and reporting operational data.

Understanding of safety standards, emergency procedures, and compliance requirements relevant to facility operations.

Diploma or degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or related engineering/technical field; relevant certifications in BMS or facility management are an advantage.

Basic computer literacy and comfort with monitoring software, ticketing tools, and MS Office applications.

Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work in shifts, and readiness to respond to critical incidents in a high-availability environment.

Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with technicians, engineers, and management teams.
