Digivance Solutions is hiring a BMC Remedy L2 Support Engineer for an exciting enterprise support role.

Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office)

Experience: 3+ Years

Key Responsibilities

Provide L2 operational support for BMC Remedy/Helix ITSM applications.

Perform Remedy administration, configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.

Handle REST API and Web Services integrations.

Conduct System Integration Testing (SIT) for new integrations.

Analyze logs and resolve application/server-level issues.

Support Incident, Problem, and Change Management.

Create Knowledge Base (KB) articles and SOP documentation.

Coordinate with L3 teams, vendors, and business users for issue resolution.

Required Skills





3+ years of hands-on experience in BMC Remedy/Helix ITSM L2 Support.

Strong experience with BMC Remedy/Helix ITSM (20.x or above).

Hands-on expertise in AR System Administration, configuration, and customization.

Experience with REST APIs, Web Services, and Remedy integrations.

Strong understanding of ITIL processes and Remedy fundamentals.

Experience troubleshooting Remedy application and server-level issues.

Working knowledge of Linux/UNIX commands.

Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or an equivalent discipline.
