Gig4u is a workforce solutions platform connecting businesses with reliable on-demand talent across industries. We are expanding our recruitment team and looking for a passionate Blue Collar Recruiter to help build a robust delivery workforce across Delhi & NCR. Key Responsibilites

Source and hire delivery partners through job portals, walk-ins, field activities, and referrals.

Conduct interviews and candidate screening.

Coordinate onboarding and document verification.

Plan and execute local hiring drives.

Maintain a healthy recruitment pipeline and achieve hiring targets.

Work closely with operations teams to ensure timely fulfillment of manpower requirements. Requirements:





1–3 years of experience in blue-collar recruitment or volume hiring.

Familiarity with hiring platforms such as Apna, WorkIndia, Naukri, OLX, and WhatsApp groups.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Graduation preferred (12th Pass candidates with relevant experience may also apply).
