– Bodyshop Advisor (Maruti Suzuki Nexa) Position: Bodyshop Advisor

Location: Gandhinagar, Gujarat

Experience: 2+ Years

Qualification: Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering

Industry: Automobile (Preferred)

CTC: Up to ₹3.60 LPA Job Summary We are looking for a customer-focused Bodyshop Advisor to manage vehicle repair consultations, coordinate with the workshop, and ensure timely, quality vehicle delivery while providing an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities

- Inspect accident/damaged vehicles and prepare job cards & repair estimates.
- Coordinate with Bodyshop technicians and insurance surveyors.
- Keep customers informed about repair progress and delivery timelines.
- Ensure quality repairs and timely vehicle delivery.
- Explain completed repairs, billing,



and insurance claim details to customers.
- Maintain accurate service records and deliver high customer satisfaction. Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Bodyshop Advisor/Service Advisor in an automobile dealership.
- Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
- Valuable communication and customer handling skills.
- Knowledge of insurance claim processes and body repair operations.
- Valid 4-Wheeler Driving Licence is mandatory.
