Role Description The Blender 3D Animator role at JD entertainments is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The animator will create high-quality 3D animations in Blender for advertising campaigns, product visualizations, and cinematic branding projects.

Daily tasks include character and object animation, collaborating with rigging and motion capture teams, refining scenes, and optimizing assets for final renders. The role involves close collaboration with creative directors, designers, and other artists to ensure visuals meet project goals and brand standards.



The animator will also contribute to storyboarding, pre-visualization, and continuous improvement of animation pipelines.

Qualifications

- Robust proficiency in Blender and 3D Animation, with the ability to produce polished, production-ready work.
- Hands-on experience in Rigging and Animation for characters, props, and environments.
- Familiarity with Motion Capture workflows and integrating mocap data into 3D scenes.
- Portfolio demonstrating high-quality CGI, product visualization, or cinematic branding animations.
- Understanding of lighting, shading, rendering, and basic compositing for 3D projects.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and collaborate effectively in a creative studio environment.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to handle multiple projects.
- Relevant education or training in animation, visual effects, or a related field is preferred.
