We are looking for a agile and target-driven Manager / Assistant Manager Birthday Party Sales to lead and grow our birthday celebration vertical at the Museum of Solutions, a first-of-its-kind experiential childrens museum.

You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end birthday party sales cycle—right from lead generation and client engagement to event coordination and post-event follow-up. This is a customer-facing role that requires exceptional interpersonal skills and a flair for creating memorable experiences.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for birthday party bookings
- Handle inbound leads via calls, emails, and walk-ins with prompt and persuasive communication
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and upsell additional services
- Provide personalized planning support to clients with creative suggestions
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM tools
- Conduct follow-ups with past clients to drive repeat bookings and referrals
- Prepare detailed event plans in alignment with client preferences




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth event execution
- Be present on event day to manage client experience and operations
- Collaborate with marketing for lead generation campaigns and on-site promotions
- Track and analyze sales performance data, and submit timely reports
- Grow the client database through referrals, partnerships, and networking

Desired Candidate Profile:

- 5–6 years of proven sales experience, preferably in events, hospitality, or customer service
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong multitasking and time management abilities
- Willingness to work on weekends and evenings as per event requirements
