Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Develop, solve, and review advanced biology problems with real-world scientific relevance

Apply your expertise in genetics, biotechnology, bioinformatics, or related disciplines to design complex, challenging problem statements

Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and fellow domain experts to enhance AI model reasoning and accuracy

Evaluate scientific outputs for rigor, clarity, and depth — and push back where the science doesn't hold up

Work independently on task-based assignments,



fully on your own schedule Who You Are Master's or PhD in Biology or a closely related field — Genetics, Molecular Biology, Bioinformatics, Biotechnology, or similar

Strong expertise in at least one of: genetics, biotechnology, or bioinformatics

Comfortable coding in Python or R for research or data analysis

Exceptionally clear written communicator with a sharp eye for scientific accuracy and detail

Fluent in English and currently based in the U.S., Canada, U.K., Australia, or New Zealand

Self-motivated and reliable when working independently without supervision Nice to Have Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or AI evaluation systems

Background in research communication, peer review, or science writing
