Job Responsibilities

- Install and commission industrial equipment at customer sites.
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of machines.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and control-related issues.
- Perform repairs, machine adjustments, and calibration to ensure optimum performance.
- Attend customer service requests and provide timely technical support.
- Prepare service reports and coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering quality after-sales service.
- Travel to customer locations as required for installation and maintenance activities.

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (B.E./B.Tech Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Electrical Engineering).




- 2–6 years of experience in installation, maintenance, or servicing of industrial equipment/machinery.
- Experience with equipment manufacturers, machine builders, factory automation companies, or automotive equipment manufacturers is preferred.
- Positive knowledge of electrical circuits, control panels, motors, sensors, PLCs, VFDs, and industrial electrical systems.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and troubleshoot machine faults.
- Strong analytical, communication, and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer support and field service
