Role & responsibilities

- Planning and Undertaking Scheduled maintenance, TPM/WCM activities
- Trouble shooting the mechanical and electrical breakdowns in machines
- Knowledge in PLC, Drives and Robots
- AutoCAD, MS office
- Plant and Utilities maintenance
- Forklift/DG/STP maintenance
- Review and update Proper Documentation
- Knowledge of managing the audits
- Achieve the yearly KPI targets
- Track and control the down time with continuous improvements ,CAPA,IATF
- Train and supervise the technician/contract labours in maintenance dept.
- Follow up the external supplier and contractors for execution of maintenance work
- Support Purchase activities
- Support Project activities
- Good communication skills
- Willing to work 3 shift
- Willing to shift near company
- Willing to travel
- Good attitude, positive ,willing to learn ,adaptive, leadership qualities

*.Good understanding and knowledge of Electical,Mechanical ,hydraulics and pneumatics systems *.Good knowledge of ABB Robot,KUKA Robot,Siemens Drives,Siemens PLC s7400,s7 1500,VFD,Scada *.Good Knowledge on Autocad,3D modeling,MS Office *.Good knowledge of compressors,UPS,DG,EOT,STP *.Good knowledge of industry best maintenance practice *.Good knowledge of Maintenance Management systems,IATF *.Valuable knowledge of equipment, IT -systems and associated regulations *.Excellent Communication skills,interpersonal skills at all levels,Adaptable,.Reliable, flexible and willing to adapt to changing priorities *.Good safety record and attitude to safety * *.Willingness to Travel, willing to work 3 Shift *. Good attitude, positive ,willing to learn ,leadership qualities
