- Manage the end-to-end collections and recovery process for the assigned portfolio.
- Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets while maintaining portfolio quality.
- Monitor overdue accounts and initiate timely follow-ups with customers.
- Develop and implement effective collection strategies to reduce delinquency.
- Lead, guide, and motivate the collections team to achieve performance objectives.
- Conduct regular field visits for high-value or critical delinquent accounts.
- Coordinate with Sales, Credit, Operations, and Legal teams for effective resolution of collection cases.
- Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines, company policies, and ethical collection practices.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on collection performance.
- Analyze portfolio trends and recommend corrective actions to improve recovery efficiency.
- Handle customer escalations and negotiate repayment plans wherever applicable.
