About the Role

E-Merge Tech Global is looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented fresh graduates with a strong academic background in Life Sciences to join our Scientific Research team as Research Associates (Bio-Curation). In this role, you will work with scientific literature, clinical studies, and biological databases to extract, validate, and interpret research data while supporting global research initiatives.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates who are passionate about scientific research, analytical thinking, and working with biological and biomedical data.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and analyze scientific research articles, clinical studies, and published literature.
- Extract and curate information related to genes, proteins, diseases, oncology, pharmacology, and biological ontologies.
- Perform literature searches using scientific databases such as PubMed, ScienceDirect, Cochrane Library, Agricola, and UniProt.
- Validate gene sequence information using scientific literature.
- Interpret scientific findings and summarize study reports accurately.




- Identify relevant biological keywords and develop effective literature search strategies.
- Maintain high standards of data quality, accuracy, and documentation.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Genetics, Genomics, Biochemistry, or Disease Biology.
- Good analytical, comprehension, and scientific reading skills.
- Ability to understand and interpret scientific publications.
- Basic knowledge of scientific literature and biological databases is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a scientific and research-driven mindset.

Eligibility Criteria

- 2025 & 2026 pass-out graduates only.
- B.Tech / M.Tech / B.Sc. / M.Sc. / B.Pharm. / M.Pharm. in:
- Biotechnology
- Molecular Biology
- Genetic Engineering
- Microbiology
- Biochemistry
- Bioinformatics
- Chemistry
- Pharmacy
- or other relevant Life Science disciplines
- Willing to work from the office.
