VardhX Integrated Services is hiring for a renowned hospitality brand operating a premium portfolio of serviced apartments, luxury guest houses, and managed corporate housing. The organization serves leading corporates, business travelers, expatriates, and long-stay guests, delivering exceptional hospitality experiences across major cities.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive city revenue, occupancy, and overall business growth.
- Develop B2B corporate accounts, channel partners, relocation companies, and real estate supply partnerships.
- Identify new business opportunities and maximize long-stay business.
- Lead end-to-end operations across multiple properties while ensuring exceptional guest experience.
- Drive operational excellence, service quality, and cost optimization.
- Own city P&L;, budgets, profitability, and productivity.
- Lead and mentor high-performing sales and operations teams.




- Build strong relationships with property owners, landlords, corporate clients, and business partners.
- Collaborate with Sales, Revenue, Finance, HR, and Projects to achieve business goals.
- Ensure statutory compliance and timely business reporting.

Experience
