We are looking for an experienced System Engineer to manage and support business-critical applications. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in Windows/Linux servers, Azure, scripting, databases, and application support with an automation-first mindset.

Work Model: Rotational/Night Shift - USA time zone

Key Skills:

- 5+ years of Application/Infrastructure Support
- Windows Server / Red Hat Linux
- Microsoft Azure (Azure Fundamentals preferred)
- PowerShell, Bash, or Python scripting
- SQL Server / Oracle databases
- Application troubleshooting & performance monitoring
- ITIL / ITSM concepts
- Networking, Virtualization, Storage & Active Directory
- Agile / DevOps environment
- Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:





- Manage and support business-critical applications.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
- Automate operational tasks using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
- Work with DBAs to resolve database-related issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure application availability.
- Maintain technical documentation and follow ITIL best practices.

Nice to Have:

- Azure Fundamentals Certification
- Experience with lifecycle management and automation initiatives
- Knowledge of DevOps practices
