Job Title: BV/EV/Authorization Caller and AR Caller - US Medical Billing

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary: Will be responsible for Eligibility Verification and Obtaining Authorization from the insurance companies to ensure accurate billing and to reduce claim denials. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of medical billing practices.

Job Description:

- Good knowledge of revenue cycle, Eligibility Benefits Verification and Prior Authorization
- Contact insurance companies to verify patient benefits and eligibility
- Confirming patient insurance details, coverage, co-pays, and benefits directly with insurance companies
- Identify and obtain required prior authorizations for procedures
- Follow up on authorization requests and escalate when necessary

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum 0.6 months - 5 years in accounts receivable, medical billing, or related field.
- Knowledge: Understanding of medical billing, EV processes, and insurance terminology.
- Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.




- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with medical billing software (e.g., Kareo, Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

AR Callers

Requirements:

- 1 to 5 years of experience in AR calling (US healthcare)
- Good understanding of medical billing and revenue cycle
- Knowledge of denial management and claim lifecycle
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in night shift (if required)
- Familiarity with billing software and payer portals

Preferred:

- Immediate joiners
- Experience in RCM process

Shift: Night shift (for US-based clients)

Transportation: No cab facility provided - candidates must arrange their own commute.
