End-to-End Talent Acquisition

- Own complete recruitment for Sales Executives, Riders, and Dark Store Officers (DSOs) across the South region.
- Drive the hiring lifecycle from manpower planning and sourcing to offer rollout, onboarding, and joining.
- Deliver quality hires within aggressive turnaround timelines while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Business Partnership

- Partner closely with Cluster Sales Leaders, Operations Managers, and Regional Leadership to understand workforce requirements and translate business plans into hiring strategies.
- Act as a trusted talent advisor by providing market intelligence, hiring insights, and proactive workforce planning recommendations.

Talent Pipeline & Market Mapping

- Build robust talent pipelines through job portals, employee referrals, field sourcing, social media, local hiring drives, and networking.
- Continuously map local talent markets and maintain a ready pool of quality candidates for business-critical roles.

Recruitment Partner & Vendor Management

- Build, manage,



and optimize relationships with recruitment agencies and staffing partners.
- Track vendor performance against predefined SLAs, ensuring quality, speed, and cost efficiency.
- Identify and onboard new recruitment partners to strengthen hiring capability across geographies.

Candidate Experience

- Ensure every candidate experiences a seamless, responsive, and skilled recruitment journey.
- Drive pre-joining engagement initiatives to maximize joining conversion and minimize drop-offs.

What We're Looking For

- 25 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in high-volume frontline hiring.
- Proven experience hiring Sales Executives, Riders, Delivery Associates, Warehouse Associates, DSOs, or similar field roles.
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
- Experience managing recruitment agencies, staffing vendors, and external hiring partners.
- Excellent sourcing, negotiation, and candidate engagement capabilities.
