Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Chief Delight Officer to lead the overall

restaurant operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience. The role involves managing

the team, driving sales, maintaining service and food quality standards, and ensuring smooth

day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure excellent customer service.

• Lead, coach, and motivate the restaurant team.

• Ensure food quality, hygiene, and service standards are consistently maintained.

• Handle customer feedback and resolve escalations effectively.

• Drive sales, profitability, and operational efficiency.

• Manage staff scheduling, inventory, and cost control.





• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, food safety, and health regulations.

• Monitor team performance and support employee development.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in a QSR, restaurant, caf, or hospitality industry.

• Proven experience in leading restaurant operations and teams.

• Solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of inventory management, food safety, and operational best practices.

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.Role & responsibilities
