We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Product Support Engineer to remotely troubleshoot electronic and telematics devices while providing data-driven insights through Power BI dashboards. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical troubleshooting skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in data visualization and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Telematics & Remote Troubleshooting

- Monitor, diagnose, and troubleshoot telematics and electronic devices remotely.
- Analyze device connectivity, sensor, GPS, and communication issues.
- Investigate and resolve hardware, software, and network-related problems.
- Coordinate with field teams, customers, and technical stakeholders for issue resolution.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain incident logs, service reports, and troubleshooting documentation.
- Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and customer satisfaction.

Power BI & Data Analytics

- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports

Communication & Customer Support





- Communicate technical issues and solutions clearly to customers and internal teams.
- Conduct periodic reviews and presentations of dashboard insights and performance metrics.
- Provide status updates and reports to stakeholders.
- Participate in customer calls and support activities as required.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of Telematics Systems, GPS, IoT devices, and electronic control units.
- Experience in remote troubleshooting and diagnostics of electronic devices.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, including dashboard creation, DAX, and data modeling.
- Knowledge of SQL and data analysis concepts.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals and communication protocols.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in automotive, fleet management, heavy equipment, or IoT domains.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
