SUMMARY OF ROLE:
Leader Proposal, dotted to Director Sales
This position is responsible for handling the Proposal for MV and LV Drives and solutions in Automation of
Oil and Gas, Paper, Steel and other Auto segments.
Responsible to Develop the BOM and make costing after reading the specification and identifying the
deviations in spec, understand the IEC/IS references.
Work on spread sheet of PCM Tool in Excel to arrive at costing and proficiency in using costing software / Tools
Do calculations and sizing of equipment as per the RFQ.

PRINCIPLE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

*Understand customer requirements, specifications, and project needs, and translate them into technical solutions
using MV /LV VFDs and related products.
* Create comprehensive proposals that include technical specifications, drawings, diagrams, cost estimates, C&D; and
timelines
* Analise costs, select appropriate VFDs, and ensure proper sizing for the application.
*Communicate with customers to understand their needs, address technical questions, and ensure proposal
acceptance
*Work with sales, engineering, and other departments to gather information, clarify technical issues, and ensure
successful project execution
*Maintain a strong understanding of MV VFD technology, including its applications, perks, and limitations
*Ensure proposals adhere to relevant industry standards,



international standards, regulations, and company policies
* Identify opportunities to improve proposal processes, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction
*Preparation of technical proposals as per specifications / requirements of the customer tender documents.
*Floating enquiries, vendor development and finalization of orders for bought outs.
*Understanding of customer requirement & offering solutions and Preparation of technical proposals as per specifications / requirements of the customer.
*Technical discussion with clients / consultant for their queries, issues during bidding stage. Preparation of enquiries,
offer, tender documents.
*IS/IEC/IE standards for selection/sizing of equipments
System configuration, Panel designing, stage-wise interaction with the customer for obtaining the approvals on various documents like BOQ, GA of Panel, Wiring Diagrams, Power distribution drawings.
*To prepare the Key Single Line Diagram, Preparation of design basis for project, Preparation of detail Scope of Supply as per Specification.
*Preparation of Tech. Specification of various Electrical Equipments i.e. data sheets for Transformer, switchyard equipments, MV/LV/VFD/Control panels, motors, DC system.
* Knowledge of Switch gear selection and understanding the BESS, EV Charger and Green hydrogen requirements.
*Understanding the drawing (SLD, Bom and preparing the offers)




Knowledge of calculations like transformers sizing, motor selection etc.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
BE/BTech/Diploma Electrical Engineering / Electronics / Industrial Electronics
Experience
10 years+ in Proposal for projects involving electrical components/systems across
electrical and automation field with basic engineering know how.
Languages: Fluent in English, Hindi preferable.

9) Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations, such as UL, IEC, and NEC.
10) Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
11) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
12) PLC/SCADA/Automation knowledge
13) Knowledge in BESS/PCS/SFC/STATCOM will be more advantages.
