Responsibilities:

??????? Assist in the development / updation of internal processes, methodologies and / or checklists for the Department

??????? Drive implementation of SOPs for the Liaison Department and ensure consistency of Liaison practices across the Organization

??????? Work closely with the Business Development and Design Development Departments to understand various aspects of the project; Co-ordinate property surveys, scrutinize survey drawings and identify the approvals / sanctions required

??????? Monitor timely preparation and collation of revenue documents in respect of the land in collaboration with the Legal Department

??????? Ensure timely submission of application forms with required documentation to various statutory authorities / external agencies / dignitaries (AAI, BWSSB, BSNL, KPTCL, Railways Department, NHAI, Forest Department, BDA, BBMP, BMRDA, Village Panchayat etc.); Continuously follow up to obtain the required sanctions / approvals

??????? Conduct meetings, arrange inspections,



make committee presentations and furnish explanations / details to the various statutory authorities / external agencies / dignitaries as and when required

??????? Maintain a database of all liaison related documentation; Constantly monitor the same and ensure timely renewal of approvals / sanctions, where necessary

??????? Provide timely support to all Internal Departments on all approval / sanction related matters

Who are we looking for

??????? Knowledge of By-Laws and Revenue Documentation

??????? Knowledge of the Liaison Process and Associated Authorities / Officers / Dignitaries applicable to the Real Estate Industry

Qualification:

??????? Graduate in any discipline. Preference for LLB graduates with minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
