Role & Responsibilities

- Operate production machines efficiently as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Perform machine setup, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting before and during production.
- Monitor machine performance to ensure smooth production and minimize downtime.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications.
- Conduct routine machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.
- Record daily production output, machine performance, and maintenance activities.
- Follow safety regulations, quality standards, and 5S workplace practices.
- Identify and report machine malfunctions or quality issues to the supervisor immediately.
- Work collaboratively with the production and maintenance teams to achieve daily production targets.
- Ensure optimum utilization of raw materials and reduce production wastage.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and overtime, if required.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- ITI or Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Automobile, Electronics, Electrical, Fitter, Turner, Machinist, or related technical disciplines.




- 1 - 2 years of experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Freshers with solid technical knowledge and willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of CNC, VMC, Lathe, Assembly Line, or Production Machines is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper and Micrometer.
- Understanding of production processes, quality control, and industrial safety practices.
- Ability to identify and resolve minor machine-related issues.
- Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work under production targets.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
- Candidates residing in or willing to relocate to Chennai are encouraged to apply.
