About the Role

Were looking for a detail-oriented Teaching Support Analyst to support U.S. colleges and universities with e-learning operations, student management, and curriculum coordination. Youll work hands-on in LMS platforms, manage academic communications, and help ensure quality, timely delivery, and compliance with institutional processes.

Key Responsibilities

Academic & Course Support

Respond to course-related queries across Business, Finance, Accounting, Psychology, and Technology (training provided).

Review and assess student submissions for completeness and basic rubric alignment (non-grading support).

Upload, organize, and audit course content on LMS (files, modules, assignments, quizzes, discussions).

Communication & Coordination

Manage curriculum-related emails from U.S. colleges/universities; ensure prompt, professional responses.

Participate in educational forums/discussion boards as required by client institutions.

Escalate academic or technical issues to faculty/lead promptly with clear documentation.

Quality & Compliance





Create and proofread content with zero grammatical errors and clear structure.

Maintain academic integrity, data privacy, and process adherence.

Track deadlines, turnaround times (TAT), and maintain accurate logs/reports.

Qualifications

Any UG/PG with excellent communication skills (freshers or 12 years’ experience preferred).

Strong English (written & spoken); confident, concise email writing.

Basic understanding/interest in U.S. curriculum areas: Technology, Finance, Accounting, Psychology (training will be provided).

Monday - Friday work from office, Saturday Work From Home

Required Skills

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

E-Learning operations, curriculum coordination, student management, email management.

Ability to create error-free content and follow templates/process checklists.

Good computer proficiency and typing speed.

Qualified etiquette and stakeholder management.

Nice-to-Have (Added Advantage)

Familiarity with LMS platforms (Canvas, Blackboard, Brightspace, Moodle).

Experience in a KPO/education/ed-tech environment.

Exposure to rubrics, academic calendars, and turnaround SLAs.
