TECHNICAL SKILLS:

- Lead technical development and customization of PeopleSoft FSCM modules (GL, AP, AR, Purchasing, Asset Management, etc.).
- Translate functional requirements into technical specifications and deliverables for Minor enhancements.
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across FSCM modules.
- Collaborate with functional teams to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business needs.
- Support testing activities including unit, system, integration, and UAT.
- Document technical designs and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams.

- Proficiency in PeopleTools (Application Designer, PeopleCode, App Engine, Component Interfaces).




- Experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 and PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM).
- Familiarity with Oracle or SQL Server databases.
- Solid SQL and SQR development skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibility from the Role :

Perform Technical Triage for incidents ( tickets) raised by user

Adhere to SLAs committed to customer for response , resolution etc of Incidents

Perform RCA for priority 1 /2 incidents

Perform permanent fixes for repeatable issues

Minor enhancements based on business request
